Room at the threshold of light and darkness
| On Oct09,2018Our New Year’s resolution include realizing some plans closed in the ancient drawers. One of them was to open a salon of poetry and prose – a space to read literature together, to remember the lives of poets and writers, to discover the meanings and trace the elusive.
We invite you into the Room at the threshold of light and darkness – to the place in-between, where metamorphosis begins, where death stops chasing life and life stands its ground against death, where premonitions turn into birds and the clock doesn’t know what to do with time.
Our first meeting entitled “Dreams, graves, orchards of planetniks and snarling eternity” will be dedicated to the poetry of Bolesław LEŚMIAN and will take place on Sunday, January 22nd at 18:00 in the House of History at 21 Pijarska str.. The poet was born on January 22nd, 1877
We want to invite you to help create this evening together with us. Anyone who wants to read selected poems by the Poet is asked to send your declarations with titles to: fundacja@nomina.pl until 20th January.
