First walk following the footsteps of Jewish people of Sącz took place in May. It has marked the opening of the summer series of walks on Jewish trails. This walk’s theme was the Old Town before the war. The audience heard the stories of the most famous wise men, industrialists and ordinary Hasidim. They have walked the way from Nowy Sącz synagogue to the Bajs Nusn prayer house on Jagiellońska st., passing by remaining monuments and hearing about those that did not survive to modern times.
