On August 23rd, 1942 the Germans started the Nowy Sącz ghetto liquidation.
16 thousand of the citizens of our city were brutally murdered in the death camp in Bełżec.
On the 76th anniversary of these events we will remember.

The events’ programme:
18:30 – 20th historical walk – In Traces of the Holokaust
We will start at the Swedish chapel (18 Jagiellońska str.).
Our guides will be: Łukasz Połomski and Artur Franczak;

19:30 – Memorial Address – ceremony at the Trzeciego Maja square.
