The Long Night of the Museums in Opinogóra
| On Oct08,2018We are after a beautiful Long Night of the Museums in the charming Romanticism Museum in Opinogóra! On May 20th we presented recreated 19th-century from our atelier. During the fashion show the screening of “Chained by the corsets” movie took place – dir. by Barbara Szewczyk
The show presented women’s attires from the years 1806–1906. We followed the rapidly changing fashion of this break-through century, we examined the glamorous clothes and delved deep into the secrets of complex social and cultural requirements one had to carefully adjust one’s clothing to.
The show was possible thanks to wonderful volunteers: Sandra Lasocka, Amelia Nawrocka, Dominika Lasocka, Julia Spejna, Marta Milewska, Klaudia Myc, Kinga Miklaszewska, Irena Błaszkowska, Karolina Kowalczyk, Agnieszka Górka and one gentleman-volunteer: Jakub Rundstuk 🙂
The show was prepared by:
Garments: Maria Molenda assisted by Karolina Kowalczyk and Agnieszka Górka
Make-up: Anna Pawlik, hair styling: Patrycja Malec
We thank the Romanticism Museum and Mrs Aldona Łyszkowska for an invitation, the hospitality and cooperation 🙂
