Ladies and gentlemen, with great pleasure we’d like to invite you for the inauguration of the HOUSE OF HISTORY in Nowy Sącz on 08.08.2015 r. at 18.00 at 21 Pijarska str.

HOUSE OF HISTORY was created by the initiative of the Nomina Rosae Foundation in agreement with the Evangelical-Augsburg Parish in Nowy Sącz. This new undertaking was possible thanks to our generous Patrons – Mr Chairman Roman Słowik, Sącz Waterworks and Mr Chairman Czesław Bogdański (Bogdański Windows and Doors Factory). It’s thanks to them that we hope to surprise the citizens of Sącz and all fo the people visiting our town with the “EARLY FASHION CHARM” exhibition, which will be the first to be presented at the HOUSE OF HISTORY. We are also supported in this by the Voivodeship PEdagogical Library thanks to the kindness of director Artur Franczak and the E-Wydruki company as well as Hotel BESKID, and ETC. Cafe and Pastry Shop.

HOUSE OF HISTORY will be an unique place in Nowy Sącz, where meeting history will be both educational and pleasurable.

At the HOUse oF HISTORY temporary exhibitions and various cltural and educational projects will take place. Visiting it will mean not only an aesthetical feast, but also an occasion to gain liable and interesting historical information.

The activities of the HOUSE OF HISTORY will also be directed at promoting the listed bulding complex of the former monastery and the city of Nowy Sącz.

We believe, that our efforts will allow to create a unique center, where direct contact with beautiful items and eexceptional activities promoting history and culture of former eras will be possible.

CONCERT UNDER PATRONAGE OF KLIO THE MUSE OF HISTORY

(FLORIPARI early music ensemble and the Nomina Rosae Theatre “With Sącz throughout the ages”, and guest star Jan Korwin Kochanowski reading fragments of Jan Kochanowski’s poems.
