Kaddish in Biała Niżna

On August 20th, on the 73rd anniversary of Grybów’s ghetto liquidation, we’ve meet in Biała Niżna, where on this day in 1942 a mass execution of 360 people deemed unfit to walk the way to the ghetto in Nowy Sącz was committed.

Young Ambassadors of Tolerance course has been opened with archive workshops preapred and led by Łukasz Połomski. Within the workshops young people learned how an archive functions, gained basic knowledge on the subject of historical sources and also started independently working on pre-war school records of students of Jewish denomination in Nowy Sącz.

| On Sep05,2018The enrollment process for the Young Ambassadors of Tolerance group has ended. In the end, we have accepted over 20 people – students of junior highs and high schools from Nowy Sącz, Grybów, Gorlice and Limanowa. on 29th we’ve met in SOKÓŁ to settle the course of our training and divide duties.
