From August to October the first exhibition in the House of History was open. On it we’ve presented the recreated early garments. Starting with the Middle Ages, ending with the late 19th century, the visitors could have emraked on a journey through eras gone-by.

| On Oct15,201813th Labyrinth of History focuses on Polish paths to freedom and concepts of the re-born state. It will bring back the life stories of well-deserved citizens of Nowy Sącz and symbols important for every Pole. We use the 100th anniversary of the regained independence as a reason to talk about history, but also to reflect upon the future of our country and its place in the world.

See the virtual edition of the “Friends Album” exhibition prepared as a part of the “Shtetl of Tsanz – Young Ambassadors of Tolerance” project. The exhibition was inspired by our reflections upon human rights and also by memories about young people, whose fate was tragically shifted by World War II.

| On Oct09,2018From September 24th to February 28th in the House of History a new exhibition will be available: “Everyday life under occupation. Nowy Sącz 1939–1945”. The exhibition was created thanks to patronage of Mr Charles Merrill, which enabled us the access to additional rooms and preparation of the exhibition.

Within the programme lectures and conference by students, teachers and researchers are planned.
