On 14th June in Jan Matejko’s House, a lecture by dr Maria Molenda entitled “Dress the fair sex – on the clothing of women in Jan Matejko’s paintings” took place. “Thursdays at Matejkos’” series of meetings in the house of Matejko family brings up issues, connected with the artistic creativity and life of the Artist, in relation to the collections of the Museum.
